There are several broad themes of funded research conducting in my lab:

1) Connectivity and evolution of shallow and mesophotic corals More information. Currently funded by SeaGrant (2014-2016)

2) Biodiversity of Caribbean benthic fauna Related Publications

3) Taxonomy, population genetics, and molecular systematics of copepods Related Publications

4) Genetic structure and diversity of bottlenose dolphin, Tursiops truncatus, off Puerto Rico" PI Rodriguez, Co-PI Appeldoorn, Co-PI Schizas, SeaGrant (2014-2016)
